What is a Commercial Building Energy Audit?

A commercial building energy audit is a study of your building’s energy usage.

Energy auditors visit your building, discuss equipment and appliances with your facility manager, inspect lighting systems, heating and ventilation equipment, controls, air compressing equipment and plug-load appliances.

Depending on the level of building energy audit, the energy auditors will identify and quantify how much potential savings there is for each of these measures and the costs associated with implementing them.

SynerGreen will:

  • Analyze your energy consumption and costs

  • Benchmark against other like facilities in your area

  • Survey and catalog energy systems in your facility

  • Recognize energy efficiency opportunities that will reduce energy consumption

  • Recommend energy efficient strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs
